Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 330 x 5 375 x 3 420 x 1   No assistance today. 420 lbs felt great and popped up easy. Made me happy. Time to start another 5/3/1 cycle.

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 310 x 3 355 x 3 400 x 3   Assistance work: Squats: 245 x 6 x 3 hanging leg raises   400 felt great, happy to get in some training – looks like the rest of the week is pretty busy.
