Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands Deload sets (Deadlifts) Deload sets (Push Press) Roller   Nothing exciting today, but thankful it was a deload session since I’m still tired from spending all day at the beach yesterday. Had a lot of fun. Here are our pictures posted on Google+
