Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band

Warm up sets

Working sets:

305 x 3

345 x 3

390 x 3

 

Assistance work:

FSL – Squat:

305 x 15 x 1 (improvement over last week)

 

The big man came out to do some jump rope and hang out with me, which is definitely why I pushed through w/ 15 reps on the First Set Last assistance. He’s a great motivator!
