Not a bad session, and now I get to squat this weekend. Also, Manchester United plays on Sunday!

440×5 was definitely not a PR, but not too worried about it either. Strength is coming back and I should be back to PRs in a month or two.

Funny. Didn’t actually feel bad, but didn’t feel like I was close to a previous PR either. Going to have an extremely busy week at work, but should be a good busy; just hope I’ll have time to train again soon.

Glad to get in some training this morning; we have a busy day ahead! Going to see some friends / kids I used to coach play a soccer game, then taking the big man to a Scratch programming class, then dinner at my favorite restaurant with some friends this evening. Fun way to spend a Saturday!

Everything felt great. It’s funny, bench is feeling better than deads lately – which is pretty weird for me.
