Overall a pretty good session today; things are still feeling heavier than they should, but I’m finally having fun again. I had been looking forward to deadlifts all day!

Nothing special today, sticking to my calc’d reps for now

So happy to be out there squat’in again, even though things felt heavy after my recent break. Whatever, I’ll build back to where I should be quickly.

Not a great session, not a terrible session, but happy to be deadlifting again. Halloween was a lot of fun last night, now we’re off to Halloween Horror Nights this evening. Should be great.
