Sticking to my 3’s this week, but everything felt really good. Was happy to keep adding weight to the band pulls and still felt strong.

Funny, thought I should have had 1 more rep, but upon review 410 x 6 ended up being a PR. I’ll take it. Great way to end the week.   I am so happy about my wife having the entire weekend off work; I get to spend the entire weekend with my two favorite people on earth. Soccer, movies, fun!

Ok morning. Probably would have had 1 more rep but spotter tapped it a bit early. Oh well; I need to make it a habit of telling people not to touch it unless it heads in the opposite direction.  Really enjoying my Sling Shot, that thing is fun; go buy one!
