shoulder stretch w/ band, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 165 x 5 190 x 3 210 x 1   Assistance work: pull ups curls Rear delt pulls (2 red bands)   The end of last week got really busy so consistency wasn’t there. Glad to get out there to train today.
