shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets Working sets: 325 x 5 375 x 5 425 x 5   Assistance work: Good mornings ab (ball)   Consistency hasn’t been there lately so 425 felt heavier than it should have. Need to work on that.
