Shoulder stretch, roller Deload sets   Assistance work: Squat: 225 x 5 x 3   Roller   A quick deload, now on to my 20th cycle of 5/3/1!

Training Log: Bench Press / Barbell Row

Shoulder stretch, roller Deload sets (bench press) Deload sets (barbell row)   Assistance work: Pull-ups (wide grip) BW x 5 x 3   Nothing exciting today, one more day of deload then looking forward to starting my 20th cycle of 5/3/1!

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands   Deload sets (deadlifts) Deload sets (push press) Ab crunch (ball): BW x 15 x 3   Roller   Nothing exciting, just a deload.

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 320 x 5 365 x 3 405 x 5   Roller   Content with 5 at 405 (wanted 10, so I’d ‘own’ it. haha), I feel like I’m back on track finally. Didn’t do assistance.
