185 x 4

 

Assistance work:

Pull ups (wide grip)

BW x 6 x 3

Dips

BW x 10 x 3

Side Lateral Raises (kettlebell)

35 x 8 x 3

 

Roller

 

So I should have had 5+ reps at 185. No idea, it just wouldn’t go up.
