Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets Working sets: 305 x 5 350 x 5 400 x 5   no assistance   Had a great breakfast at some friends house, now we’re off to enjoy the rest of Thanksgiving with family. Life is good.

shoulder stretch w/ band, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 135 x 5 155 x 5 175 x 5   Assistance work: Pull ups Curls push downs (red band)   Stuck to my calc’d reps and busted through the training pretty quick.

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets Working sets: 300 x 5 340 x 3 380 x 7   Assistance work: Squats: 245 x 6 x 3 Hanging leg raises   380 x 7 is definitely less than impressive. Need to work on that.
