Shoulder stretch w/ band, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 165 x 3 190 x 3 215 x 3   Assistance work: Barbell rows Tricep push downs (red band)   The big man came out and joined me again. He did some: jump rope lat pulldowns (red band)

Shoulder stretch w/ band, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 175 x 5 200 x 3 220 x 10   Assistance work: Barbell rows (underhand) Tricep push downs (red band)   Not a bad session, and now I get to squat this weekend. Also, Manchester United plays on Sunday!
