Assistance work:

more bench press

 

Overall, not a great training session for my lifts, but happy to get out to train again.

On the plus side, I had fun because the big man decided to come out and lift with me. He wanted to try bench press as well so we had him under an empty bar while I had one hand on it. Then he did some kettlebell deadlifts and we played handball. Was a fun evening.
