shoulder stretch w/ band, roller

Warm up sets

Working sets:

145 x 3

165 x 3

185 x 3

 

Assistance work:

Pull ups (underhand grip)

push downs (red band)

Jump rope

 

The big man joined me again, I may need to start his own training log soon!

He did:

Front plate raise/lower/turns:

5lb x 4 (each [up/down/turn right/turn left]) x 4

Side plate raises:

2 1/2 lb x 10 x 3

Jump rope

 

And momma came out and did some jump rope with us as well!

 

Had a blast exercising as a family tonight.
