Everything felt good today and I’m content with 8 reps at 405 lbs. I wanted 10, but 8 works.

Wanted to do assistance work, but had to cut it short as we had some plans tonight. Also, I began my 19th cycle of the 5/3/1 program today. I’ve recalculated my numbers a bit based on calcs from my last cycle:

Push Press – 225

Deadlift – 510

Bench – 255

Squats – 455

Barbell Row – 290 

We’ll see how it goes.
