Stuff was just heavy today. About 1/2 way through things weren’t feeling great, but pushed through. Content enough with the lifts, but not great.

All things considered, I’m pleased with 465 x 3. Afterwards, we all went out with our friends and ate a ton of pizza. Good times.

Right before my last working set, I realized I’d already done my 3’s squat session. No idea how I overlooked that other than I hadn’t marked it off on my sheet. Oh well, another squat session can only be a good thing, plus, my last working set felt a heck of a lot stronger than the previous time.
