Training Log: Bench Press

Shoulder stretch w/ band, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 175 x 5 200 x 3 220 x 10   Assistance work: Barbell rows (underhand) Tricep push downs (red band)   Not a bad session, and now I get to squat this weekend. Also, Manchester United plays on Sunday!

Training Log: Deadlifts

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets Working sets: 345 x 5 395 x 3 440 x 5   no assistance   440×5 was definitely not a PR, but not too worried about it either. Strength is coming back and I should be back to PRs in a month or two.

Shoulder stretch w/ band, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 165 x 3 185 x 3 210 x 3   Assistance work: Barbell rows (underhand) Tricep push downs (red band)   Everything felt great. It’s funny, bench is feeling better than deads lately – which is pretty weird for me.
