430 x 5 (stuck to my calc’d reps)

Hanging leg raises


Started another cycle of 5/3/1 today which called for Push Press training, but it’s my birthday and I wanted to deadlift. Took the day off, slept in, deadlift training, now to spend the rest of the day with my wife and son. Excellent day in my book.
