Got sick about a month ago, and unfortunately, most times I get sick it goes directly to my lungs. Sneezing, coughing, couldn’t breath, the usual. That lasted about 2 weeks, then as soon as I started feeling better, it came back even worse. Needless to say, didn’t feel up to training. So, took a bit of time off (again) and now I’m back at it. Bummer too since I felt like I was close to starting to hit PRs again. Oh well.
Bumped my numbers down a little and restarted this cycle of 5/3/1. Time to build up and move past.
