360 x 3 (just stuck w/ my calculated reps today, didn’t push past)

175 x 8 x 1

195 x 8 x 2

Ab crunch (ball):

BW x 12 x 4

 

Everything felt light today, which I’ll take as a good sign. Looking forward to hanging out with our Hacker Scouts guild this afternoon.
