210 x 3 (just stuck w/ my calculated reps today, didn’t push past)

 

Assistance work:

Barbell rows:

155 x 10 x 1

175 x 10 x 2

Curls

Tricep pushdowns w/ red band

 

Had trouble getting in there this week so glad to finally make it in to the garage to train. Now we’re off for a day of fun at Knott’s.
