Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands

Warm up sets

Working sets:

325 x 3

370 x 3

415 x 3 (just stuck w/ my calculated reps today, didn’t push past)

 

Assistance work:

Good mornings:

135 x 8 x 1

165 x 8 x 2

HLR:

BW x 8 x 3

 

Everything felt good and luckily it seems like the weather is getting a little cooler. Looking forward to date night with my precious wife this evening.
