Had a good time benching today, which for those that know how much I dislike this lift, is a nice change.
That Sling Shot looks interesting! Has it helped you in any noticeable way?
It is very cool. I bring it into training cycles from time to time (but not all). Essentially it lets you overload your muscles in a way raw pressing doesn’t. After this training session, the chest is very full so can’t complain. A lot of people use them for pushups as well.
