Assistance work:

Push Press BBB (60% of working 1RM):

130 x 10 x 5

Barbell Row:

130 x 10 x 5

Tricep pushdowns (band doubled over top of bar):

Band x 10 x 3

 

Roller

 

Pretty uneventful as far as training goes. Did have fun playing handball with my son in between sets. He got to tell me all kinds of things about school and different Super Mario tricks he’s seen on YouTube. :)
