Warm up sets

Working sets:

165 x 5

185 x 3

205 x 1

 

Assistance work:

Bench Press (BBB 60% of working 1RM):

150 x 10 x 5

Pull ups:

BW x 10 x 5

Tricep pushdowns (band doubled over top of rack):

Band x 10 x 3

 

Had a fun session tonight, everything went up very easy which means progress. Soccer practice with the little man’s team tomorrow (which is always a blast).
