Barbell Row:

235 x 3

 

Assistance work:

Bench press (with Sling Shot):

195 x 12 x 4

Tricep push-downs (cable):

120 x 10 x 3

 

Foam roller

 

Just worked to hit my 3 reps on bench & rows.   Ever have one of those days when things just feel heavy (and they shouldn’t)? Yep.
