Training Log: Squat

Warm up sets Working sets: 260 x 5 300 x 5 340 x 5   Assistance work: Straight-leg deadlifts Hanging leg raises   So happy to be out there squat’in again, even though things felt heavy after my recent break. Whatever, I’ll build back to where I should be quickly.
