Training Log: Squat

Warm up sets

Working sets:

300 x 5

340 x 3

380 x 8 (not great, not terrible.)


No assistance, I’m done for this 5/3/1 cycle. Taking the weekend off, will begin a new cycle next week with the intention of setting new 1RM PRs on the 3rd week,, or at least seeing where I am at with everything.

Time to relax for a couple days.
