Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band

Assistance work:

Ab crunch (ball):

BW x 15 x 3




Had the intention to do a lot more assistance work than that, but on my last set of deads my right hamstring cramped up pretty bad. Since I plan on testing 1RM so soon I decided to call it there instead of potentially injuring myself for no reason. Lame and frustrating.
