Shoulder stretch, roller

Warm up sets

Working sets:

160 x 3

180 x 3

205 x 3

 

Assistance work:

Pull ups

barbell curls

tricep pushdowns

 

Roller

 

Everything felt good. Not pushing past on the last set during my 3’s week, like I had done in the past. Looking forward to deadlifts.
