Warm up sets

Working sets:

160 x 5

180 x 3

200 x 1

Went for a second rep but felt, and heard, something go wrong in my right shoulder. Not good. Stopped there for today and iced it; finding it hard not to be irritated about this one. It seems like I’ve had nothing but injuries and setbacks this year. 

Time will tell
