As you can see, I missed the lift this morning.  I’ll be the first to admit I saw this coming soon with this lift. Not upset about it at all, I just see this as another opportunity to improve. Planning to take the cycle back down a bit and work my way back up. I also feel I need to work on ensuring my form is proper on this lift.

Time to push forward.
