Training Log: physical therapy

Went through my PT exercises then did some moderate leg press, calf press, and hamstring curls.  Shoulder is feeling great. Working diligently on getting the garage cleared out and my home gym set up so I can start up again soon.

Went to my first physical therapy session a few days ago. Deep tissue massage, heated ultrasound, and cold laser followed with a few light exercises to flush the injured area.  I’m hoping this helps the healing process so I can begin training again soon.
