Training Log: physical therapy

Went to my first physical therapy session a few days ago. Deep tissue massage, heated ultrasound, and cold laser followed with a few light exercises to flush the injured area.  I’m hoping this helps the healing process so I can begin training again soon. It should.  I’ll be going 2 times a week for the next couple weeks.

Got into the gym this morning and it was great to be back in there, even for the little I did.

Went through my PT exercises then did some light leg press, calf press, and hamstring curls.
