Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 320 x 5 365 x 3 405 x 5   Roller   Content with 5 at 405 (wanted 10, so I’d ‘own’ it. haha), I feel like I’m back on track finally. Didn’t do assistance.

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 360 x 5 405 x 3 420 x 1   Roller   Stuff was just heavy today. About 1/2 way through things weren’t feeling great, but pushed through. Content enough with the lifts, but not great.
