Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with bands

Working sets:

280 x 5

320 x 5

365 x 10

As you can tell, I recently bumped back my calcs and am in the process of working back up. That said, I’m pretty content with getting 10 reps on that last set.  Didn’t do assistance tonight as it felt like the garage was about 120 degrees. It was hot and I was hungry. End of my 5’s week, on to the 3’s.
