Training Log: Squat

Shoulder stretch, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 360 x 5 405 x 3 420 x 1   Roller   Stuff was just heavy today. About 1/2 way through things weren’t feeling great, but pushed through. Content enough with the lifts, but not great. 

Training Log: Deadlifts

Shoulder stretching, roller, leg stretch with band Warm up sets Working sets: 390 x 5 440 x 3 465 x 3   Roller   All things considered, I’m pleased with 465 x 3. Afterwards, we all went out with our friends and ate a ton of pizza. Good times. 

Training Log: Push Press

Shoulder stretch, roller Warm up sets Working sets: 135 x 5 150 x 3 170 x 6 (almost had a 7th)    Assistance work: Pull-up (wide grip): BW x 5 x 3 Seated dips: BW x 12 x 3 Barbell curls: 95 x 8 x 3   A good day. Strength is coming back.
