Training Log: Deadlifts

Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets – deadlift Working sets: 310 x 5 355 x 5 400 x 7 Assistance work: Good Mornings 155 x 12 x 4 Hanging leg raises: BW x 20 x 4   Not a PR on deadlifts, but still a strong morning.

Training Log: Cardio/Conditioning

Took the little man to his ‘fit kids’ class tonight so I stretched then went outside to do stair runs.  Went ok, but over-exerted and left a little something for the critters in the bushes at the bottom of the stairs. LOL.

Training Log: Military Press

Started with warm up sets Working sets: 115 x 5 135 x 5 150 x 7 Assistance work: Dips: BW x 12 x 1 25 x 12 x 3 Pull-ups (medium grip) BW x 10 x 4   Felt good to get back in the gym this morning after taking a week off of lifting.
