Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets – squat Working sets: 345 x 5 390 x 3 435 x 2 *PR   Assistance work: none   Great way to end my week of training; a new squat PR. (Previous was 430 x 1 – so very happy about todays lift).  Progress.

Training Log: Cardio/Conditioning

Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands 30 minutes on the treadmill.    Very easy session of cardio this morning, but, had a bigger purpose at the gym – got to show Dawn a bunch of things and we have a 3 day a week program put together for her to start with. Happy.
