Should stretching, foam roller Warm up sets Working sets: 135 x 5 150 x 3 170 x 1   Foam roller.   Got the lift, but decided it’s time to drop numbers back a couple cycles and work my way back up on this lift.

Should stretching, foam roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets Working sets: 360 x 5 410 x 3 460 x 3   Foam roller   Happy with 460 lbs for 3 reps. Doesn’t calculate out to my best, but felt strong.
