Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands Warm up sets – deadlift Working sets: 310 x 5 355 x 5 400 x 7 Assistance work: Good Mornings 155 x 12 x 4 Hanging leg raises: BW x 20 x 4   Not a PR on deadlifts, but still a strong morning.

Deadlifts make you hungry.

A bit high on the carbs, I need to adjust the diet a bit – small challenge for a vegetarian on a budget. Sent from my iPhone
