Foam roller 20 minutes rowing. Foam roller. Wanted to sleep in this morning, but forced myself out of bed. Tired.
Took the little man to his ‘fit kids’ class tonight so I stretched then went outside to do stair runs. Went ok, but over-exerted and left a little something for the critters in the bushes at the bottom of the stairs. LOL.
