[5/3/1 – Week 2] – Dead Lift

As outlined in a previous post this is week 2 of my first 5/3/1 program.  Here is today's training log.

(Warm ups:Stretch – Foam roll, hip flexors/quads, band/touch toes)
40% x 5 = 155
50% x 5 = 195
60% x 3 = 235)
 
70% x 3 = 275
80% x 3 = 310
90% x 3+ = 350

350 x 6 x 1 (last set)

Assistance Work #2:
Good morning:
5 sets of 12

95 x 12 x 5

Hanging leg raise:
5 sets of 15

BW x 15 x 5
