[5/3/1 – Week 2] – Bench Press

As outlined in a previous post this is week 2 of my first 5/3/1 program.  Here is today's training log.

(Warm ups: Stretch – Jump Rope and/or Broom handle stretch
40% x 5 = 85
50% x 5 = 105
60% x 3 = 125)

70% x 3 = 145
80% x 3 = 170
90% x 3+ = 190

190 x 8 x 1
no new PR today, but still inline with last week

Assistance Work #2:
DB Bench:
5 sets of 15

55 x 15 x 5

DB Row:
5 sets of 10

60 x 10 x 5
