[5/3/1 – Week 3] – Military Press

As outlined in a previous post this is week 3 of my first 5/3/1 program.  Here is today’s training log.

(Warm ups: Stretch – Jump Rope and/or Broom handle stretch
40% x 5 = 55
50% x 5 = 70
60% x 3 = 82)

75% x 5 = 105
85% x 3 = 120
95% x 1+ = 135

135 x 7 x 1 (last set) *PR [135 x 7 x .0333 + 135 = 166]
 
Assistance Work #2:
Dips:
5 sets of 15

BW x 15 x 5

Chin-ups:
5 sets of 10

BW x 10 x 5
