Shoulder stretching, foam roller

Warm up sets

Working sets:

195 x 5

205 x 5

220 x 6

(screwed up my calculations on the 1st 2 working sets. Should have been 170, then 195, but oh well.)

Assistance work:

DB bench:

65’s x 12 x 4

DB row:

70 x 10 x 4

Skull crushers:

85 x 10 x 1

95 x 10 x 2

 

Foam roller.

 

Making progress on the bench, but yes, my bench press still sucks.
