  1. Just saw this in the FAQ, and it got me thinking:46. When NOT to do conditioning- Never do conditioning the day before lower body lifting Every Monday night, I go to the gym and do conditioning. The little man has Fit Kids that night, so it’s always been a good excuse to get in some heart health. But, Tuesday morning, I deadlift. Starting to think I switch up my days.
