Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands

Warm up sets

Working sets:

325 x 3

370 x 3

415 x 3

 

Assistance work:

Ham curl:

135 x 10 x 4

Leg press:

430 x 12 x 4

Overall, a good week, just kept to my 3’s and worked through everything. I failed to do much cardio though as my knees decided to give me issues all week.  Will work on that next week and the following weekend – looking forward to spending time at this year’s ComicCon. (that’a a whole lot of walking!)
