Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands

Warm up sets

Working sets:

345 x 5

395 x 3

440 x 3

Foam roller

 

Deadlifts felt great this morning. My previous 1RM was 440, and that went up for three reps today. Not positive I’ll call it a PR, but I’ll call it progress. Good way to start the week.
