Shoulder stretch, foam roller, leg stretch with bands

Warm up sets

Working sets:

310 x 5

355 x 5

400 x 7

 

Assistance work:

Leg press:

430 x 12 x 4

Ham curl:

135 x 10 x 4

I really wanted 1 more rep on that 400, but am content with 7 reps. This calculates very well and is progress I’m happy with.  Ready for a nice weekend with my wonderful family.
